Goods traffic profile
In the sphere of goods traffic we provide a complex solution of all your transport needs. The main shipping systems we are specialised in include the international truck transport, especially the transport of oversized loads, transport of dangerous gas and liquid substances, cartage and delivery of goods. We also provide the customs and delivery services.

Focus on transport in EU
The EU member states especially Germany, Benelux, Austria, France, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary are the localities we focus on. 70% of all transported loads are implemented for the foreign business partners.

The quality of the services
He quality of the provided services and its permanent improvement belong to the main spheres of interest therefore in the year 2001 we decided to introduce the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 standard. This system is applied to the everyday practice and every year we modify the processes in order to increase the level of provided services.

Rolling stock
Currently in the goods traffic there are 137 motor vehicles and 96 towed vehicles available and they are regularly renovated. The cardinal representation belongs to VOLVO vehicles that constitute the dominant part of our rolling stock and we have our own authorized VOLVO SERVICE for them.
In order to increase the level of operative control and planning we install the Transit monitoring system in the vehicles which enables us to have all necessary information on the vehicle and its driver in real time. All vehicles by default are equipped with telephones for a better communication with the driver in course of the transport.

Commercial activities
The commercial section and the direct management of the truck transport are situated at ČSAD Frýdek – Místek a.s.
The commercial section ensures the export and import payload of all international transport vehicles in ČSAD Frýdek-Místek a.s. and ČSAD Havířov a.s. companies and depending on the needs the capacity of returning vehicles is used by the domestic traffic. We also use the capacity of external carriers.

Passenger trafic

In the sphere of transport of persons (personal transport) we provide the transport service in the biggest cities of North Moravian region like Havířov, Karviná, Frýdek – Místek, Orlová, Bohumín, Třinec, Český Těšín, etc. These service is provided by 380 buses and the majority of them is driven by natural gas(CNG), an ecological fuel.

Repair services

In our service centres we provide the repairs of goods vehicles, semi-trailers and buses. Because the goods traffic is ensured mostly by VOLVO vehicles we established an authorised VOLVO service in Frýdek – Místek.

Sale

We provide the sale of fuels and spare parts for the goods vehicles and buses and we sell the IRISBUS IVECO buses.

Services

We provide the ecological liquidation of vehicles and we hire the storage areas.

Tire service

We provide the complex tire service. We are an authorised seller of GOODYEA tires. We provide a non-stop tire service within the TRUCK FORCE European network.

Travel agency

The sale of tours of all over the world, services in the sphere of irregular tourist traffic.
